Leaking when you laugh, pain during intimacy, pressure that won't quit — these aren't things you just "live with." They're signals. And with the right guidance, they're fixable.
A free guide to understanding what your pelvic floor actually does, the warning signs most women ignore, and 5 simple exercises you can start today — from a physical therapist who's been through it herself.
Your free Pelvic Floor Reset guide is on its way. You've already taken the hardest step — showing up for yourself.
"I leak every time I sneeze, laugh, or jump." This is your pelvic floor asking for help — not a life sentence you have to accept.
"Intimacy is painful and I don't know why." Pain during sex is common but never normal. There are answers, and they start with understanding your body.
"I feel pressure or heaviness down there." Pelvic organ prolapse affects up to 50% of women who've given birth. You're not alone, and there's so much you can do.
"I just had a baby and my body feels like it belongs to someone else." Postpartum recovery is about so much more than "bouncing back." It's about reconnecting with yourself.
Kari Lyke is a licensed physical therapist with 15+ years of experience specializing in pelvic floor health and women's wellness. She holds a Master's degree in Physical Therapy from UCF and has dedicated her career to helping women understand, heal, and strengthen their bodies.
But Kari isn't just a clinician. She's a mom of three who has personally navigated IVF, pregnancy, vaginal and C-section births, and her own pelvic floor and back issues. She's a marathon runner who knows what it means to push through challenges — and when to honor your body's need to rest.
After years of working with patients one-on-one, Kari realized something: 90% of what she does is education and coaching. Most women don't need someone to touch them — they need someone to teach them what's going on, what to do about it, and which products actually help. That's why she created Restore & Thrive — to bring that expertise beyond the clinic walls and into the hands of every woman who needs it.
“The body keeps the score. But it also
keeps the key to healing.”
